Wedding & Solemnization Facilities Rental

 

  1. Earliest Date to Submit Booking Application

    • Booking of slots can ONLY be catered 3 months in advanced from the solemnization date.

    • First come, first served basis.

  2. Confirmation and Approval

    • You will be advised within 7 working days on the status of your booking upon submission of this form.

    • Mosque will inform applicant once booking is confirmed.

    • Masjid An-Nahdhah reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.

  3. Solemnization time slots

    • Bookings are ONLY open as per time slots indicated below.

    • Monday-Thursday : 10am, 11am, 2pm, 3pm

  4. Venue

    • Main Prayer Hall or Level 2 Prayer Hall (Right Wing).

    • Request is for solemnization ceremony ONLY.

    • Reception service is NOT allowed.

    • No changing/make-up rooms provided.

  5. Duration of solemnization

    • Each ceremony is expected to be completed within 60 minutes.

  6. Guests & Attendees of the ceremony

    • Everyone attending the ceremony are advised to put on modest attire.

  7. Charges and Fees

    • We encourage any amount of donations or tokens towards the mosque for the usage of the mosque venue, administrative & services provided for the success of your solemnization.

    • Please inform the mosque clearly on the amount you wish to contribute during the confirmation of booking.

    • Facilities repair fees may be charged upon you for any misuse or damage to the mosque's
      properties during your ceremony.
